J. Randall “Randy” Schneider, MAI, AI-GRS, CCIM, has been a prominent figure in the commercial appraisal industry since 1992, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Newmark since September 2017. Previously, Randy held the position of Senior Valuation Services Director at Colliers International from May 2012 to September 2017 and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Schneider & Associates, Inc. from July 2005 to May 2012, where a diverse range of commercial real estate services were performed.
