Leni Rivera is an accomplished professional in workplace strategy and human experience, currently serving as Managing Director at Newmark. Leni is also the owner of WorkplaceXperience Consulting and has held significant roles such as Global Head of Hybrid Strategy and Workplace Experience at Wind River, and Director of Global Workplace Services at Roku Inc. Additionally, Leni contributed to workplace services as Program Development Manager at The Clorox Company. Leni holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and has studied at the Philippine School of Interior Design.
