Kyle Minter is currently a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle served as a Senior Vice President and Vice President at Eastdil Secured from June 2021 to March 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Director of Investments and Asset Management at Trademark Property Company from December 2014 to June 2021, as well as Vice President and Associate at Buffington Capital Holdings from May 2009 to July 2013. Additionally, Kyle held the position of Vice President at Buffington Homebuilding Group from October 2011 to July 2013. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business (2006-2009) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University (2013-2015).
