Kathryn Hall is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in real estate capital and lending. Currently serving as an Associate at Newmark since December 2022, Kathryn has previously held associate positions at Hunt Real Estate Capital and Lument. Prior to those roles, Kathryn was a Senior Production Analyst at Greystone, where responsibilities included analyzing and structuring transactions for the Fannie Mae DUS program. A former Director at Newport Capital Advisors, Kathryn oversaw transaction screening and educated stakeholders on products while managing due diligence and underwriting processes. Additional experience includes roles as an Associate at Churchill Capital Company, Assistant Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank, and Senior Analyst at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, with a strong focus on underwriting and credit analysis throughout such positions. Kathryn holds a BBA in Finance from Hardin-Simmons University.
