Joseph (Joe) Zona III is an experienced commercial real estate broker currently serving as Executive Managing Director and Principal at Newmark since April 2007. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Vice President at Equis from August 1998 to March 2007. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hamilton College (1994 - 1998) and attended The Lawrenceville School from 1988 to 1994, completing high school at The Northwood School from 1993 to 1994.
