Grayson Lutin is an Associate in Tenant Representation and Office Leasing at Newmark, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Grayson completed a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Internship at Hankin Group, conducting market analysis to optimize rental rates, and served as the Founder of Crohn's for College, a non-profit supporting individuals with Crohn’s disease. Grayson's early career included a role as Maintenance Coordinator at Flywheel Sports, where skills in team management and project delegation were developed. Grayson holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies from EADA Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
