Daniel Matz is a seasoned professional in the real estate finance sector, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Newmark since 2021, focusing on Capital Markets and Debt & Structured Finance. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Director at Mission Capital Advisors from 2018 to 2021, where expertise lay in high-value real estate capital financing for a diverse clientele. Daniel's earlier experience includes a tenure as Director of Real Estate at Loews Corporation, involvement in commercial mortgage lending at Mesa West Capital as an Analyst, and working at ING Real Estate Finance as an Associate, managing large commercial real estate loans.
