Chris Prather serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Newmark, a position held since April 2016, where responsibilities include national oversight of infrastructure initiatives and standard operating procedures within the property management services division. Prior to this role, Chris Prather worked at CBRE from August 1997 to January 2016 as Associate Managing Director, managing operations for Florida's property management division, overseeing corporate budgets, lease administration, and employee training while ensuring adherence to global standards. Chris Prather holds two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees in Finance from the University of South Florida.
