Nicole Gutesha currently serves as Associate Director at Newmark Zimmer, a position held since February 2021. Previously, Nicole worked as a Front Desk Associate at CycleBar, where responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service and assisting the studio manager. Nicole also gained experience as a JLL Intern, focusing on brokerage in Agency and Industrial sectors, and served as a Tennis Coach at Valor Christian High School, mentoring children aged 5-12. Nicole's educational background includes studies at The University of Kansas from 2018 to 2020.
