Scott Bauer is a seasoned professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as the Director of Build On Your Lot at Newmark Homes since January 2019. With a strong background that includes roles as President at both BIG T Concrete and Censeo Homes, Scott has demonstrated leadership in various capacities including President & CEO at Legend Homes/Princeton Classic Homes and VP of Operations at Newmark Homes. Scott's extensive experience also encompasses several positions at David Weekley Homes, where responsibilities ranged from project management to new home sales. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
