Laura Vass has extensive work experience in operations management. From March 2001 to November 2015, they worked at The UPS Store as the Operations/Image and Compliance Manager. In September 2019, they joined Road Soup as the Operations Manager and worked there until July 2020. Currently, since July 2020, they serve as the Director of Operations at Newman Windows & Doors.

Laura Vass has pursued an Operations Management Certificate in Thomas Edison State University. Additionally, they have studied Business Management, Building Codes & Specifications, and Building Materials at MiraCosta College. Laura has obtained certifications in Scaling Up California from Scaling Up Coaches in 2023 and BPM Leadership Certification from Crestcom International in 2022.
