Belinda Standingwater-Polka currently serves as the Medical Staff Coordinator at Newman Regional Health since January 2023. Prior to this role, Belinda spent nearly a decade at GEICO, holding the position of HR Generalist from February 2013 to January 2023. In that capacity, Belinda coordinated total rewards benefits for associates, facilitated new hire training, audited payroll timesheets for accuracy, and contributed to various pilot projects.
