Lily Kronfeld Voluck has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business development and sales operations focused on sustainable practices in the recycling industry. Currently, as a Mill Buyer at Newman & Company since August 2021, Lily procures and manages recyclable feedstock for the manufacture of 100% recycled chipboard, while also overseeing the buying, selling, and sourcing of various fiber grades. Concurrently, Lily holds a position in Sales & Operations at United States Recycling, Inc., where efforts are directed towards customized waste management strategies. Previous experience includes a business development role at Mill Logistics, and positions at L'Oréal as a Business Development Manager and within the Management Development Program, alongside earlier roles at Drybar and Newman & Company as an intern. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Business from Emory University.
