The Pastoral Team at Newlife Community Church provides spiritual leadership, guidance, and care to the congregation, delivering sermons, organizing worship services, and overseeing various ministries. Each member has specialized roles: the Pastor and Executive Pastor manage overall church operations and vision, the Men’s Pastor/food Bank Director oversees men's ministry and community aid, the Executive/children’s Pastor focuses on youth and children's programs, and the Women’s Pastor supports the spiritual growth and needs of women in the church.
