Dan Hnatkovskyy is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and real estate sectors. As the CEO and Co-founder of NEWHOMESMATE since October 2020, Dan has focused on transforming the new construction home buying process through a digital marketplace. In addition to this role, Dan has been an official member of the Forbes Technology Council since January 2021, contributing to a network of top executives. Previous ventures include founding Brainify B.V., which provided innovative solutions for real estate developers, and serving as Executive VP of Sales and Co-founder at Preenster, a mobile service for shopping recommendations. Dan also founded Be-sparkle.com, the first Ukrainian-language blog about startups and technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technology Management from UCU Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
