Kat Kim currently serves as the Neighborhood Sales Manager at New Home Co. since June 2023. Previously, Kat held the role of Sales Counselor at Meritage Homes from January 2020 to June 2023, and before that, Kat was a New Home Counselor at Beazer Homes from September 2017 to January 2020. Kat’s experience also includes serving as Community Sales Manager at The Reiser Group from October 2016 to May 2017, as well as at Discovery Realty Inc. Seeno Homes from October 2015 to October 2016.
