David Hard is an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of overseeing construction projects, particularly in the western United States. At NewGround since April 2007, David is responsible for all aspects of project management, including permitting, bidding, contract negotiations, and onsite inspections. David effectively coordinates with subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and completing projects on or ahead of schedule and within budget. Prior to NewGround, David held a similar position at Kimmel Construction from January 2003 to April 2007. David’s educational background includes ongoing studies at UVSC, which commenced in 1982.
