Truphena Owiti has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for NewGlobe, overseeing strategies and operations in East Africa and India since November 2020. Previously, Truphena held the position of Recruitment Manager at Moringa School, where collaboration with multiple teams focused on scaling hiring efforts in response to growing demands. Earlier roles included serving as a Talent Engagement Specialist and Senior Talent Experience Officer at Komaza, where innovative candidate attraction strategies and continuous improvement in hiring processes were emphasized. Truphena holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi, completed in 2014.
