Mason Moss serves as the Senior Vice President of the Private Equity & Transaction Advisory Group at Newfront, a modern insurance brokerage with over 800 employees that leverages advanced analytics technology for enhanced service delivery. Prior experience includes roles at Marsh McLennan as Senior Vice President and Vice President in M&A Solutions and Value Creation, where Marsh acquired JLT for $6.4 billion. At JLT Specialty USA, Mason held the title of Vice President within the West Coast M&A Group, focusing on utilizing insurance capital in M&A transactions. Previous experience at Aon involved M&A Solutions and business analysis activities, including creating a nationwide competitor analysis and Salesforce reports. Mason’s early career includes account executive roles at Apsalar, Inc. and business development at Conversant, along with an investment banking internship at Trinity Capital LLC. Mason completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College and studied abroad at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
