Katie Pitts is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in employee benefits and health policy. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Newfront since February 2015, Katie has held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Employee Benefits Consultant. As a Founding Member of Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women in leadership, Katie actively contributes to fostering women's advancement in executive roles. Katie's previous roles include Vice President at Union Bank and Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at Woodruff Sawyer, among others. Katie holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Health Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, Katie has attained multiple certifications in project management and wellness program management, further showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry leadership.
