Carl Burkhalter is a seasoned professional in the engineering field with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as both Associate and Partner at NewFields since July 2013, Carl has previously held significant positions including Denver Mining Office Manager at AMEC from September 2010 to June 2013, and Senior Resident Engineer at ADOT from November 2001 to September 2010. Prior to these roles, Carl worked as Senior PM at Knight Piesold from February 1990 to November 2001 and began a career in engineering as a Staff Engineer at Woodward Clyde Consultants from May 1987 to February 1990. Carl holds a Master of Science degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 1987.
