Natalie Schaefer is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently holding the position of Operations & Project Management at Magnolia since August 2024. Previously, Natalie has served as a Senior Project Manager and Operations & Account Coordinator at Newfangled since January 2021, and has owned and operated a Mexican kitchen and agave bar, The Camino, in downtown Missoula, Montana since October 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Creator Partnerships and Creator Partnerships Manager at VidCon from September 2016 to January 2020, and various positions at First Security Bank of Missoula and Performance Trust Capital Partners. Natalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Truman State University, obtained in 2008.
