Manish S. Vaidya is an experienced executive in the technology and services sector, currently serving as Vice President of Sales for MENA and Nearshore & Offshore Delivery at New Era Technology since March 2024. Prior to this role, Manish held various leadership positions at Microexcel Inc from September 2014 to March 2024, including Vice President of Microsoft MENA, Global Delivery Head, and Practice Manager, focusing on global deliveries and practice setup across the US, UAE, and India. Manish also has a background in project management, having served as Senior Project Manager at OCS Infotech from August 2007 to October 2012 and Project Manager at Praxis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2006-2007. Manish holds a Master's degree in Computer Management from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
