Lisa Rose is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. As the Recruiting Director at New Era Technology since July 2004, Lisa has built a robust talent pipeline while actively participating in the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates to leadership. Prior to this role, Lisa served as the Recruiting Team Lead at Fusion Alliance, where responsibilities included managing and mentoring senior and junior recruiters. Earlier career experiences include recruiting for TechNEngineering and Trasys, Inc., where Lisa focused on expanding business and managing SAP consultant recruitment. Additionally, Lisa has worked as an independent recruiter in the manufacturing sector and held a project coordinator position in management recruitment. Lisa's educational background includes studies at Southern Indiana University.
