Jesse Baldwin is a Senior Unified Communications Engineer at New Era Technology since April 2011, specializing in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Technologies. With extensive experience in a wide array of Cisco products including Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and WebEx, Jesse demonstrates a robust technical skill set in VOIP, SCCP, SIP, and various related technologies. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Engineer and Help Desk Technician at Advanced Technical Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed network infrastructure and service request coordination, and as a Help Desk Technician at McJunkin Redman Corporation.
