Keri Tracy, MBA, CIA Candidate, currently serves as Vice President of Global Internal Audit and SOX at Newell Brands since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the annual SOX 404 certification and process enablement through automation and RPA. Previously, Keri held various positions at GE, including Sr. Operational Controllership Manager and Global SOX Leader, where focus was on internal control and SOX execution. Prior roles also include leadership in SOX compliance and internal audit at GE Capital, MannKind Corporation, Swiss Re, and IBM, where Keri's expertise in risk assessment, control initiatives, and financial compliance contributed significantly to their internal control programs. Keri holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.
