Stefanie Lam is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Newegg since September 2013. Prior to this role, Stefanie held the position of Director of Operations at iBUYPOWER from February 2002 to August 2013, where responsibilities included managing production schedules, monitoring defective ratios, optimizing inventory output, and liaising with manufacturing vendors on product planning. Stefanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Washington State University.
