Rory Farrow is an experienced digital product manager and owner with a background in customer profiling, contact, and developer experience, as well as acquisitions platforms. Rory has held various roles at NewDay, including digital product manager and digital product owner, and previously worked at Press Association as an infrastructure engineer, infrastructure technician, and sports data processor. Rory holds a City & Guilds Level 4 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence (PROCOM) obtained through QA apprenticeships and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Selby College.
