Su Cumming is an experienced leader in sports management and community development, currently serving as the Head of Women's Football at Newcastle United Football Club since August 2022 and as Director and Chair of Newcastle United Women's Football Club since December 2017. Cumming has a longstanding role as Vice Chair and Trustee of EAGLES COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, supporting community initiatives in Newcastle. With extensive experience at Newcastle City Council from 1989 to 2022, Cumming led strategic initiatives in leisure and parks, focusing on improving public health, funding community facilities, and addressing social inequality. Cumming also co-founded StreetGames UK Ltd and held leadership roles at various organizations, including Sport England and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Education includes a DMS/MBA from Northumbria University, enhancing skills in business and management.
