Jenna Davy (Adlparvar) currently serves as the Head of Colleague Experience at Newcastle Building Society since October 2024. Previously, Jenna held the role of Director of HR (Interim) at The HALO Trust during a secondment from February to September 2024. From October 2014 to February 2024, Jenna was the Global Head of Employee Engagement at The Baby Hub, a company focused on providing programs for parents and caregivers. Additional experience includes positions such as Strategic HR Project Manager at Homes England (January 2022 - February 2023) and Head of Organisational Development at Connect Health (March 2017 - January 2022). Prior roles also entail various HR positions at Home Group, including HR Project Officer and L&D Business Partner, spanning from 2004 to 2017.
