Sumit Nihalani currently serves as the Director of Credit Investments at Newbond Holdings since May 2024. In addition, Sumit holds positions as an Advisory Board Member at the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown University and as a Board Member for New York Junior Tennis & Learning. Previously, Sumit was the Head of East Coast Acquisitions at Vanbarton Group LLC and worked in acquisitions at RREEF and East End Capital. Early career roles included positions at Stabilis Capital Management, Lazard as a Senior Analyst, and Silverfern Group as an Analyst. Sumit earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University.
