Brendon Main is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in operations and customer service delivery within New Zealand's transportation and logistics sectors. Serving as the Chief Operating Officer at New Zealand Post since December 2017, Brendon oversees a team of 1,500 and manages mail and courier customer service across the upper North Island. Prior to this role, Brendon held significant positions at Auckland Transport, where responsibilities included leading the public transport network and managing substantial budgets, as well as at Air New Zealand, overseeing customer services at Auckland Airport. Brendon holds an MBA from The University of Auckland and is actively involved in ongoing education, including courses focused on business sustainability and Māori governance.
