Peter Tholl currently serves as Deputy CIO/CISO at NYSUT since January 2021, overseeing initiatives that support over 4 million individuals through the New York Health Exchange. Prior to this role, Peter was Information Systems Sr Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology from September 2016 to January 2021. Peter's extensive experience also includes positions at Bank of America as VP Business Analyst Manager, VP Technical Manager - Middleware Engineering, and VP, Internet Systems Engineer, where responsibilities spanned global project management and engineering oversight. Earlier roles include Field Services at Fleet Bank, CIS Network Technician at CompUSA, and System Administrator positions at Data Tech Associates Ltd. and Atlas Copco Comptec Inc. Peter holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Schenectady County Community College, earned between 1999 and 2005.
