James F. Sottile, Esq. is the founder and solo practitioner at Sottile Law PLLC, a boutique law firm established in January 2022 that specializes in Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant Law, Business Law, Contract Law, and Estate Planning. In addition, James has served as a Media Production Specialist for the New York State Senate since August 2007, where responsibilities include presenting legislative sessions and creating informative videos on complex laws. Prior experience includes a supervisory role with the City of Kingston from July 1999 to August 2006. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law degree in Transactional Law from Western New England University School of Law (2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Quinnipiac University (2007), complemented by various international educational experiences in cinematography and film production.
