Xin (Cindy) Bradford, PE, PMP, serves as a Senior Program Director at the New York Power Authority since July 2011, previously holding positions as Project Manager II and Senior Project Engineer. In these roles, Bradford has directed engineering design, procurement, and implementation activities, along with leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to complete complex projects on schedule and within budget. Prior experience includes a Senior Structural Engineer role at Ammann & Whitney, a Senior Project Engineer at The Di Salvo Ericson Group, and a Project Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti, where responsibilities included structural design and coordination with various stakeholders. Bradford holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Clarkson University, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University.
