The Field Operations Team at the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference is responsible for hands-on trail building, maintenance, and ecological conservation across the region. This dedicated team of crew chiefs and field builders coordinates volunteer efforts, manages conservation projects, and addresses invasive species challenges to ensure that our trails and natural areas remain safe, accessible, and sustainable for future generations.
