Douglas Shepard has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Regional Manager at New York Life & MainStay Investments since December 2014. Previously, Douglas worked as an Investment Product Consultant and held the position of Regional Vice President at Realty Capital Securities, AXA Equitable, and John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.). In these roles, Douglas has educated financial advisors on retirement planning strategies, crafted core sales strategies, and provided comprehensive investment and retirement planning advice.
