George Kolesov currently serves as Vice President of Private Equity at PHI/Q Family Office, where responsibilities include working closely with the CEO and Q family office partner to focus on value creation, financial reporting and analysis, growth acceleration, and investment realization planning. Prior to this role, George gained extensive experience at McKinsey & Company from August 2015 to April 2023, progressing through various positions including Engagement Manager, Junior Engagement Manager, Associate, and Fellow Associate, assisting B2B and B2C businesses in strategy, due diligence, commercial excellence, and operational improvement initiatives within sectors such as private equity, wealth management, and banking. Earlier, George was a soloist and co-principal in the cello section at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow from January 2012 to May 2015.
