Chintan Shah currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at New York Life Insurance Company, where strategic initiatives are driven across life insurance, wealth management, group benefits, and asset management sectors. In addition, Chintan holds a position as a Board Trustee at Summit Free Public Library. Prior to current roles, Chintan was Managing Director at TIAA, overseeing strategy and business management across various financial products, and held multiple senior leadership positions focused on growth, profitability, and market entry. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director at Alvarez and Marsal, advising on performance improvement and M&A initiatives, and a managerial role at Deloitte Consulting, where corporate strategy and operations were emphasized. Chintan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
