Amy Miller currently serves as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at New York Life Insurance Company, a position held since September 2006, overseeing corporate governance for the company and its subsidiaries. Previously, Amy held the role of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Corporate Counsel at New York Life, managing various legal matters including litigation, technology, employment, and mergers & acquisitions. Amy began their legal career as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2003 to 2006, where responsibilities included advising on financial regulatory issues. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Biology from the University of Chicago.
