Alison Micucci serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of New York Life Direct at New York Life Insurance Company, leading the organization in direct-to-consumer life insurance sales since September 2002. Previously, Alison held various senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Business Planning & Strategy, and Senior Vice President overseeing Institutional Annuities, Guarantee Products, and the Investments Group. Additionally, Alison functioned as Senior Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer, managing legal and compliance matters for New York Life Investments and its affiliated entities. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Assistant General Counsel at Prudential Financial, and Enforcement Attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Alison holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
