Melanie Birdsall serves as the Chief of Program Development and Information Officer at Parks 2 Gyms, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the basketball program and assisting as an assistant basketball coach for girls aged 13 to 18. In the role of Director of Girls Basketball at Holocombe Rucker, Melanie organizes practice itineraries for youth teams, oversees coaching staff, and handles community relations. With experience as a Preschool Teacher and Child Enrichment Instructor at New York Kids Club, Melanie teaches various activities to children aged 4 months to 11 years, fostering their development. Previous roles include Gymnastics and Sports Instructor at The Little Gym of Scarsdale, Assistant Sports Coordinator at Children’s Aid Society, and an internship with Harlem Children's Zone and The Madison Square Garden Company. Melanie holds a degree from Lincoln University, earned in 2012.
