Shaun Johnson is an experienced professional in market design and regulatory affairs with a strong background in the energy sector. Since August 2014, Shaun Johnson has held the position of Director of Market Design at NYISO, having previously served as Director of Market Mitigation & Analysis. Prior to this, Shaun Johnson was the Director of Regulatory Affairs at NRG Energy from March 2013 to August 2014. Between January 2003 and March 2013, Shaun Johnson worked at NYISO as the Manager of Energy Market Products. Shaun Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Albany, completed from 1998 to 2000, and attended the University of Rochester from 1996 to 1998.
