Anthony Wilson has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Purchasing Clerk at Harry M. Stevens from April 1980 to December 1987. Wilson progressed to roles such as F&B Steward at New York Penta Hotel from March 1988 to December 1993, Steward at St Regis Hotel from March 1993 to October 1995, and Stewarding Supervisor at Omni Berkshire hotel from October 1995 to September 2005.
