Nouman Shabbir is a civil engineering professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Nouman has extensive experience in project management within public sector construction, currently serving as a Project Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority since October 2021. Prior to this role, Nouman worked as a Resident Engineer at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation from October 2016 to October 2021 and held the position of CPM at the Department of Design and Construction from July 2015 to October 2016.
