Lisa C. Brice currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at the New York City Housing Development Corporation since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP and Corporate Associate at BurgherGray LLP. Lisa has also worked as a Compliance Officer for NYC Health + Hospitals and held various Vice President positions in compliance at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Citi. Additional experience encompasses a Summer Legal Internship at ICAP, Graduate Legal Extern roles at FINRA, and a Legal Fellowship at the New York State Supreme Court. Lisa holds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law, a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, and a BA in Political Science, cum laude, from Hunter College.
