Joseph E. Lara is an experienced digital marketing specialist currently employed at the New York City Housing Development Corporation since April 2017. With a background in graphic arts as a freelance graphic artist since September 2012, Joseph has engaged in various visual communication projects, including large-scale digital illustrations and vector animation. As the founder of Chaos Tune from August 2009 to November 2019, Joseph sponsored multiple musical acts and contributed editorial writing focused on Japanese and European underground music. Joseph also served as a development and operations assistant at the Participatory Budgeting Project, where key contributions included establishing a successful donor campaign and enhancing social media outreach.
