Ellen Duffy has extensive experience in municipal finance, particularly in housing finance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President for Debt Issuance and Finance at the New York City Housing Development Corporation since September 2009, Ellen is responsible for the Corporation's taxable and tax-exempt debt issuance and oversees all investment activities. Prior to this role, Ellen held positions at Banc of America Securities as Principal in Municipal Finance, First Union Securities as Vice President in the Public Finance Division, CS First Boston as Vice President in the Public Finance Department, and Citicorp Investment Bank as Assistant Vice President in the Public Finance Department. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Providence College in 1982.
