Nicole Crosby

Nicole Crosby is a dedicated Case Manager with extensive experience in providing strengths-based and trauma-informed support to clients, currently at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency since March 2022. Prior to this, Nicole served as a Case Manager at the Center for Court Innovation, where regular check-ins with clients facilitated referrals to essential resources. Notable previous roles include Operations Manager at the BIPOC Support Foundation, where Nicole connected BIPOC-owned businesses to financial assistance and resources amid COVID-19, and various positions at Joe Coffee Company, including Assistant Manager and Public Educator, where Nicole utilized advocacy skills to promote professional growth and developed educational curricula.
