The current leadership team at New York City Center has a long history of working in various aspects of the theatre industry. They have worked as head electricians, programmers, and electricians at different theatres, as well as holding positions such as CEO, Executive Director, and Dean of Arts at different arts organizations. They all have a Bachelor's degree in some form of theatre or communication arts from different universities.
